Ate here on our first night in Vienna and it was amazing! The food was absolutely incredible, loved the whole vibe of the place. We spoke with Ben who was so welcoming and gave us loads of advice of where else was good to eat on our trip. The Philly cheese steak was the best I've ever tasted. 10/10 will be back again ❤️

This place never disappoints. It is basically a hidden gem that left me and my wife thoroughly impressed. The cozy and minimalistic terrace exudes a nice city vibe, perfect for a casual meal. The burgers are beyond words – simply the most delicious burgers we’ve ever eaten. The super friendly staff ensured extremely quick service, adding to the positive experience. This place strikes a balance between exceptional food, great service, and a warm casual atmosphere, making it a must-visit for burger lovers.
One of the better burger places in Vienna. Really enjoy the style of beef they use and the smash burger cooking method. Truly brings out the flavor. It’s not too fancy so it’s still flavorful and not just a giant thick piece of flavorless beef (I’m lookin at you, burg ring1). I’ve been to both the fifth and seventh district locations and would happily go back to either. Thanks!!
Wow. The smash burger is, without a doubt, the best smash burger I’ve had outside of the US. The rest isn’t shabby either.
A quick turnaround makes waiting times here never bad, and the burgers and sandwiches you’ll receive will make the wait worth it. Surprisingly, even the vegetarian burger is not just an okay option to satisfy demand, it’s a highly recommended delicious burger on its own.
Fries are okay but not great - and the burgers, especially the Reuben sandwich, are large and satisfying servings. Absolutely go here at least once to get a taste.
Had a classic smash burger, kimchi fries and Philly cheesesteak - the food was great. The selection of drinks was nice, staff was lovely and helpful, everyone spoke English. The seating area was a bit crowded and had a canteen-like feel.
The setting doesn’t doesn’t do justice to the quality of the food but it’s overall a very nice place for a quick, good quality bite.

I would like to suggest that you optimise size of meat, so it doesn't fall out of the bun, and put toothpick/chopstick in the middle for stability of burger. Also, potatoes were a bit over fried.
Also, I suggest that you get bigger choice of normal size beers - 0,5 l, rather than 0,33 l.
These are just minor things to address.
